I run Win 11. Worked good for 2 months. Than the program started locking up. Would not complete the backup and would not shut down until I closed it via the Task Manager. I uninstalled it and downloaded the same latest version from their website, same thing. tried to call support because .the website support didn't have my problem listed, the website support didn't have my problem listed, but they have no number on the site to call. Waste of time and money

After my initial disappointment with the AOMEI Backupper Professional Edition: Lifetime Subscription, I’m happy to report that my experience has significantly improved. I purchased the software in December 2023, but faced issues with my subscription in April 2024 when I received a message stating that my trial had expired, despite having a lifetime subscription. I reached out to AOMEI support, and while the resolution process took some time, they were ultimately able to fix the problem. I can now confirm that the software works perfectly on my device, and I've had no further issues since. It’s great to see that AOMEI stands by their product, and I appreciate their support team for resolving the licensing issue. Given this positive turn of events, I’m changing my rating to five stars. If you’re considering AOMEI Backupper, I would recommend it based on my current experience. It’s a reliable solution for backup needs, and their customer service has proven to be effective.

I liked it because i was able to backup my files onto an external drive. It seems to works good. I also notice it has other features that i may be able to use, like disk cloning. I tried to backup to cloud but it was taking 2 days and looked like it was doing nothing so i canceled it.

It works pretty ok but won't recover image to GPT disks- now current standard. It was not clear to me from the marketing words. If I had realised this I would not have purchased it. I have now gone for Acronis Perpetual 2024 which suits my present needs.

Great software. I think I got a great deal since it was said that this key can be used on 2 PCs & I was successfully able to install it on 2 PCs. A great plus point in this software is that other than creating a bootable recovery USB drive, it also provides us with the option to create a bootable rescue environment within our PC boot sector & it will be displayed (for the amount of time we select) in boot option every time we start our PC. This way we have 2 options for recovery.
