Nothing good. Slow upload and slow download. ZERO privacy. Everything upload to this cloud is viewed by somebody. I don’t trust Degoo anymore and my lifetime service turned out to be not lifetime but short…kept threatening me of losing my storage if I don’t login and upload something. I contacted customer service but it didn’t resolve any issues but made it worst to the point that I couldn’t upload or download anything. I’m gonna cut my lost and continue to NOT use their services anymore

Many pictures do not show up (corrupt). It is very slow and freezes alot. I will probably never use 10TB.

The product is unstable - one day I have 89GB of used space and another day I have 0GB There are issues with uploads with an error message saying a device could not be found even though I am logged in. Support is unresponsive

This seemed like a great deal at the time but ultimately turned out to be a terrible storage solution. They made a determination out of the blue after years of holding my data that some of it violated their terms and conditions and terminated my account with almost no notice. No appeals process either, just gone. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I give this cloud storage site one star due to them canceling my account for a non-issue. I backed up my PC documents and there were two programs I purchased that install to documents. I explained that these were legit installed programs and this was where they installed part of the program, but they just cancelled my account. Money for nothing, be careful on what folders you set for backup.
