AdGuard is the best as blocking software that I've come across since uBlock Origin stopped working on Chrome. It even blocks some ads in game apps on my phone! It's easy to install. There is a learning curve but it's mostly pretty simple to set up. I still am a little confused about some of the ad filters but the main ad blocking features are simple. Also, sometimes it will mess with retail apps. However, that's mostly minor and can be fixed by putting an app on the exclusion list. Overall it's a great app and I definitely recommend it!
